Frequently Asked Questions
I don't have any dedicated storage space for luggage. Can I still become a GoHandsFree partner?
Whilst it’s preferable to have a dedicated storage room, you don’t need to have that to become a GoHandsFree partner. It’s enough to keep your guests’ luggage in the reception area, for example, as long as it’s supervised.
Do you take any kind of bag?
Yes we do! We have no restrictions on bag size or weight.
At what time will you pick up my clients' or guests' luggage?
We can’t commit to a precise time, but we envision to pick up your clients’ or guests’ luggage at around 12pm the latest.
What does GoHandsFree do?
We offer a luggage delivery service from hotels / event venues / pick up locations to Fiumicino airport.
What about security? Are the bags sealed and insured?
When you become a GoHandsFree partner we provide you with seals and ask you to please hand them over to any guests who decide to use GoHandsFree. The guests will be asked to seal their bags and provide us with photographic evidence of it.
Every bag is insured for €500 against loss.
When do partners get paid their commission?
We pay partners automatically their commission on the last day of every month. It might take a couple of days for the monies to reach your bank account.
