What do you charge per bag?
Do you take any kind of bag?
Yes we do! We have no restrictions on bag size or weight.
Are large or heavy bags more expensive?
No, we charge the same price for any bag, regardless of size or weight. GoHandsFree is safe, convenient, and affordable.
By what time do I need to have my luggage ready for pickup?
The pickup time varies according to the point of handover.
By what time will you drop off the luggage at Fiumicino airport?
We aim to hand back your luggage to you at Fiumicino airport according to your needs and request. Usually between 4 and 2 hours prior to your flight’s take-off.
Where at Fiumicino airport will you deliver the luggage?
We will meet you in front of the airline desk, or any other point according to your needs and request.
What if you are late delivering my bags?
If we reach the airport less than 1 hour prior to your flight’s take-off, we will give you back your money.
What if you lose my bags?
We have never lost a single bag, but should that happen, your bags are insured for up to €300 each.
Can I track my bags via your site?
We are still a young startup and at this stage unfortunately you cannot track your bags via our site. But it’s something we are working on! In the meantime, you can of course add your own tracker to your bags.
How do I know my bags are secure?
All luggage get sealed with GoHandsFree’s security seal during the handover.
Can someone else pick up my bag?
Sure, that’s possible. Simply communicate to our support team the name and last name of the person and your personal identity information, as we will use that as part of our proof of identity check.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking until 11:59pm (23:59) of the day prior to pick-up by emailing us or dropping us a message in the chat. We refund any cancellations in full. Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel reservations on the day of pick-up.
How can I change my booking details?
You can change your booking details by emailing us or dropping us a chat message with the incorrect and correct details.
