What you always wanted to know
What do you charge per bag?
For one bag, we charge €40. For two bags €50 per bag, and for three or more bags €60, no matter how big the bags.
Do you take any kind of bag?
Yes we do! We have no restrictions on bag size or weight.
Are large or heavy bags more expensive?
No, we charge the same price for any bag, regardless of size or weight. GoHandsFree is safe, convenient, and affordable.
By what time do I need to have my luggage ready for pickup?
Your luggage needs to be ready for pickup – meaning it needs to be left at reception and sealed with the GoHandsFree seal – by 11:15am. Please note that we will only pick up bags that are ready by 11:15am.
By what time will you drop off the luggage at Fiumicino airport?
We aim to hand back your luggage to you at Fiumicino airport 2 hours prior to your flight’s take-off.
Where at Fiumicino airport will you deliver the luggage?
We will meet you in front of the airline desk.
What if you are late delivering my bags?
If we reach the airport less than 2 hours prior to your flight’s take off, we will give you back your money.
What if you lose my bags?
We have never lost a single bag, but should that happen, your bags are insured for up to €300 each.
Can I track my bags via your site?
We are still a young startup and at this stage unfortunately you cannot track your bags via our site. But it’s something we are working on! In the meantime, you can of course add your own tracker to your bags.
How do I know my bags are secure?
Before dropping off your bags, please ask your hotel’s concierge to seal them with our special anti-theft luggage seals. The seals have a unique number that you will be asked for as proof when we hand back your luggage to you.
Can someone else pick up my bag?
Sure, that’s possible. Simply give that person the number on the luggage seal, as we will use that as part of our proof of identity check.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking until 11:59pm (23:59) of the day prior to pick-up by emailing us or dropping us a message in the chat. We refund any cancellations in full. Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel reservations on the day of pick-up.
How can I change my booking details?
You can change your booking details by emailing us or dropping us a chat message with the incorrect and correct details.
